Delivery

Delivery is included on all orders to mainland UK excluding areas of Scotland which have to be travelled to by road north of Glasgow and Edinburgh and islands off of mainland UK. If you are unsure of delivery costs then please contact us.

We do guarantee that gardenoffers.com does not profit on delivery and that we only look to cover the delivery charges. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Where a delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion and failed and then returned to gardenoffers.com - the cost of the attempted deliveries and return postage will be deducted from any refunds available. Where a delivery has been refused and returned to gardenoffers.com (except damaged or faulty goods) the cost of the attempted deliveries and return postage will be deducted from any refunds available.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any purchase from gardenoffers.com, you may return any products to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resellable condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original packing in its original condition. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We can arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and will be deducted from any refund to you. Please note that if there is no fault with the product then the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund also.
